Totem is founded on knowledge born of experience, and the items featured in the shop reflect that approach. From 15+ years of dedicated city riding and commuting, countless miles of mountain singletrack, and a passion for getting lost whether bikepacking or chasing unmapped gravel roads, we know what works and what doesn’t. Along with the typical small-part hardgoods fare we stock a tasteful selection of tires, tools, lights, locks, wheels, bars, bags, racks/baskets, fenders, etc… and if what you’re looking for isn’t in stock it can usually be procured within a day or two.
On a revolving-door basis we feature bespoke and unique goods from independent makers & companies we support and respect. Also of interest is the “library” of independent print publications, trail maps and guidebooks. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, ask.

>> “Do you sell bikes?” <<
No, but yes. You just found the tiniest brick & mortar bike shop in Colorado, so while we don’t have a showroom of seasonal models or a warehouse of size runs, we also have no brand commitments, therefore free to make myriad recommendations to fit for each situation. We’ve fit, sourced and built bikes for a lot of folks ranging from eager first-timers to eccentric aficionados. If you have a frame and need help turning it into a complete bike, we can do that too. Stop in the shop, call ahead or send a message.
We try to keep a TOTEM custom build on display that showcases our preferences – these are around until they sell – and often have refurbished complete bikes or consignment frames/parts on hand. Stop in or give a call to see what we have in the moment.
